We are pleased to announce our 2016 Christmas Party Menu  and we are now taking bookings for parties during the festive season.

The Christmas Menu is as follows:

 

Starter

Salt and pepper squid, lemon & garlic mayo

Roast butternut squash & spiced carrot soup, parmesan croutons (v)

Goat’s cheese, balsamic onions, rocket & smoked tomato bruschetta (v)

Belly pork pave, carrot & squash slaw, orange dressing

Beetroot cured smoked salmon, horseradish crème fraiche

Main

Melanzane ~ pan fried & battered aubergine in passata sauce with parmesan crust (v)

Aubrey’s pancetta wrapped turkey parcel with sage & onion, Lashford’s chipolata, Turks stuffing, cranberry gravy

Pan fried salmon fillet with green beans, crushed new potatoes & chive, chorizo, white wine & cream sauce

Turks smoked Lashfords sausage, apple tomato & chipotle compote, champ potato, greens

Barrys slow braised lamb shoulder, red cabbage, garlic & rosemary pots, red wine gravy

Dark chocolate tart with honeycomb icecream

Caramel apple pie with chantilly cream
